About this position
We're looking for a thoughtful UI/UX Designer to shape the future of our learning platform. You'll transform ideas into intuitive user experiences by combining user research, interaction design, and polished visual interfaces. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams, you'll ensure every interaction is simple, engaging, and accessible.
Responsibilities
Design intuitive user experiences from initial concepts through polished, production-ready interfaces.
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to inform design decisions.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
Maintain and evolve a scalable design system for consistency across the platform.
Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices are incorporated into every feature.
Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
Present design concepts and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.
Stay up to date with modern UI trends, interaction patterns, and emerging design tools.
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design workflows.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating interactive prototypes and user flows.
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate across teams.
Nice to have
Experience designing educational, SaaS, or productivity products.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
Experience building or maintaining design systems.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows.
Experience working in agile product teams.
Familiarity with user analytics tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, or Mixpanel.
