About this position
As our Content & Curriculum Lead, you'll own the educational experience from concept to completion. You'll design learning pathways, develop curriculum frameworks, and ensure every course delivers practical, engaging, and measurable outcomes. Working closely with instructors, designers, engineers, and product teams, you'll help build a world-class learning platform that empowers people to gain real skills and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a cohesive curriculum strategy aligned with the company's learning vision.
Define learning objectives, competency frameworks, and measurable outcomes for each program.
Design structured learning pathways for beginners through advanced learners.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, high-quality educational content.
Review, edit, and improve course materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Create assessment strategies including quizzes, projects, and practical exercises that reinforce learning.
Analyze learner feedback, completion rates, and performance metrics to continuously improve curriculum quality.
Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to enhance the learning experience inside the platform.
Research emerging trends in online education, instructional design, and AI-assisted learning.
Establish editorial guidelines and quality standards for all educational content.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, learning experience design, or educational content development.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience designing structured online courses or educational programs.
Ability to organize complex topics into simple, engaging learning experiences.
Strong collaboration and project management skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
Nice to have
Experience working in EdTech, creator education, or online learning platforms.
Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE, or similar instructional design frameworks.
Experience using LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or Thinkific.
Familiarity with learning analytics and data-driven curriculum improvements.
Experience incorporating AI tools into educational content creation.
Background in technical education, software development, or digital skills training.
