About this position
As our Growth Specialist, you'll help accelerate the growth of our platform by identifying opportunities across the entire user journey—from awareness and acquisition to activation, retention, and referrals. You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to run experiments, optimize funnels, and uncover insights that drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments across marketing and product channels.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate data into actionable insights.
Optimize landing pages, onboarding experiences, and conversion funnels to improve user acquisition.
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to identify opportunities for product-led growth.
Work with the content and social media teams to support organic growth initiatives.
Identify new acquisition channels, partnerships, and community growth opportunities.
Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and user behavior.
Research market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging growth techniques.
Continuously iterate based on experiment outcomes and customer feedback.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in growth marketing, product growth, digital marketing, or a related role.
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing and product data.
Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PostHog, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
Understanding of conversion optimization, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
Ability to prioritize experiments and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
Experience with SEO, SEM, paid advertising, or performance marketing.
Knowledge of lifecycle marketing, email automation, and CRM platforms.
Experience using A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks.
Basic SQL or spreadsheet analysis skills.
Experience with SaaS, EdTech, or marketplace products.
Understanding of product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
