About this position
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to help grow our network of educators, creators, organizations, and institutions. You'll identify strategic collaboration opportunities, develop long-term relationships, and create partnership programs that benefit both our partners and our learners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, and creating meaningful collaborations that drive growth and impact.
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and engage potential education, creator, and industry partners.
Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Build long-term relationships with educators, content creators, universities, nonprofits, and organizations.
Negotiate partnership agreements and coordinate successful launches.
Support partners throughout onboarding and ensure they have the resources needed to succeed.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on co-marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives.
Track partnership performance and measure key success metrics.
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Maintain a healthy partnership pipeline using CRM and relationship management tools.
Continuously identify new opportunities to expand the company's learning ecosystem.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Community Growth, or Strategic Alliances.
Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term relationship development.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
Experience working in EdTech, creator economy, higher education, or nonprofit sectors.
Existing network within education, technology, or creator communities.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Knowledge of partnership marketing and co-branded campaigns.
Experience negotiating sponsorships or strategic collaborations.
